Hello Everyone,
We want to provide you with an update on our progress in film development, specifically focusing on our automation processes.
With this update, we are concentrating on film manufacturing automation units. Our proprietary machine allow us to be fully self-sufficient, and delivery a higher-quality standard than our previously experimental film emulsion. We will also make a separate announcement regarding our new film emulsion progress in the upcoming week. Please stay tuned for our updates!
We are testing our automatic film roller in 120 and 35mm format. These machines, are designed for low-scale film finishing and packaging , which we aim to have completed by 2025 for our black-and-white emulsion.

Additionally, we are developing an automatic high-speed film perforator for finishing perforated films in both photographic and cinematic formats. Below is a sample of our film perforator in operation on a blank roll, as well as a scraped 70 mm film roll:

We are researching and developing an automatic film emulsion coater for producing master rolls of black-and-white film at a low-volume. Moreover, we are also researching an automatic variable-width master roll slitter design that will work alongside the emulsion coater to cut the master roll in various film formats.

- Translation from bottom left to right: Feed base film -> Transfer linkage -> Emulsion Coating -> Drying -> Master Roll
- Variable wide master roll slitter:

Furthermore, We are also testing and developing a fully automated production line for large-format films in a various format. Our goal is to establish a fully automated slitting, packaging, and encapsulating process within a low-capacity manufacturing facility by 2025. This automated process will also accommodate with the future introduction of peel-apart film in our upcoming annoucement. Please note that while we are illustrating in daylight; these machine will be used in a fully light-tight environment.

- Testing Large Format Packaging:
- Test shot rolls on 120/35mm film finishing, please note that the finishing is incomplete and it is still in design.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read this update!
